Normcore's V4 tamper in 53.3 mm is sized for 54 mm Breville/Sage baskets. A leveling plate rests on the basket rim, and a spring sets the tamp force. Compatibility

Normcore's page states the 53.3 mm size fits 54 mm baskets in Breville/Sage machines and names the Barista Pro (Normcore). The Amazon listing titles describe the same fit for 54 mm Breville portafilters. A 54 mm portafilter size does not guarantee another brand's basket has the same inner diameter, so check before buying for non-Breville machines.
